Formerly, with the prior Property Management Company, I was denied any assistance with this issue. However, upon requesting assistance from the new Management Company, I was provided with a new mattress within 3 days of my request. This was a very relieving experience, and showed to me that the level of care and concern for Clientele was outstanding in comparison with that which I experienced with the former Management Company. I recommend The Collective as an affordable means of quality living on the basis of responsivity to needs and unique circumstances which have been experienced during my stay.
