Breaking into cars .
|Recommended: YesThe property is clean, beautiful, and functional. — I love my new apartment. The grounds are always clean, the other tenants are super friendly, and the response time from managers grounds is quick and efficient.
|Recommended: YesGood Apartment - Good Location — We love our apartment, the fact that we have two parking spaces tandem but better than one or nothing , it's dog friendly, and there's a back patio are important factors for us. We can definitely hear the neighbors footsteps and TVs but they don't seem to be around too much and are really respectful. I imagine if we had anyone else as neighbors noise might be a problem though, we got lucky. The location is good, it's walking distance to restaurants and bars on Piedmont. Only downside is being on Macarthur, but if you walk the oposite direction it's a beautiful neighborhood. The finishes in the apartment look nice and go well with our decor. George, the maintenance guy is also great and super quick to respond. Only complaint is that there is one washer and dryer for the whole complex and it only works sometimes.
|Recommended: YesGreat area — I enjoy living here. The location is perfect, friendly and respectful neighbors. I only wish my backyard patio area was developed. My neighbors have a livable wooden deck and my patio is uneven with dirt and old weeds that keep growing. Can't entertain in the area during the warm weather or sit outside
