|Recommended: YesGreat location, awesome staff — I moved to this building from a noisier more busy area of Oakland and I love the location. It's nice and quiet with lots of parking. Tennents are kind and most have been there for years and its a nice quiet community.

|Recommended: YesGreat staff, location, and apartment — The apartment was very up to date with newer appliances and fixtures and was also spacious. If there ever was an issue though, the staff was very communicative, accommodating, and responsive. Great location too, Lake Merritt right around the corner, easy access to the freeways and downtown, and tons of restaurants, shops, and walking areas nearby.

|Recommended: YesGood apartment, could be better in some aspects, but very spacious. — the laundry room needs desperate help. the walls are a little thin and you can hear your neighbors, but the apartment is spacious, the appliances are good quality.
